What Could Frequent Urination With Headache And Sore Nipples Suggest?

I am 48 years old with a period that is about 10 days late. i have always been very regular, every 4 weeks until recently. My hormone levels have been checked last month with no sign of menopause, I need to urinate more frequently than usual, have headaches, lower back pain like usually during my period. My breasts and nipples are itchy and sore. I do not think I am pregnant as I am not having any symptons other than the urination.

Respected madam, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
As you are entering peri-menopausal age, even if hormone levels are normal you are definitely entering in that ; manytimes hormone levels remain normal till some time. sore breasts and nipples are regarding that.
Headache with frequent urination mandates you to *evaluate for BP and Blood sugar level check up is under control or not and* your vision also requires an evaluation at 48 if not done till yet in last 6-8 monthsLastly ruling out any urinary infection by CBC and urine test by pathologist.
