Hello,

The common cause of frequent urination is negative in your case. So, overactive bladder or incontinence should be ruled out. For further work up urine culture, ultrasound pelvis scan, and urodynamic study should be done. Consult a urologist for examination and accordingly investigated further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
