What Could Have Caused (BZO)benzodiazepines And (AMP) Amphetamines To Be Positive While On Migraine Medication?

I recently took a 12 panel urine analysis and it came back positive for (BZO) benzodiazepines and (AMP) amphetamines I m wondering what could cause this to be positive I have not taken any anti anxiety medicine or anything like adderall. I do take amitriptyline for migraines does this show up in a UA and if so what does it show up as?

Hi There

This can be a false positive test, because some of antidepressants or any painkiller . Just check with yourself if u have taken any other medication like ibruphan 24 hours before the test.

And you must show your prescription of Amitriptyline to the laboratory medical office , because they routinely perform so many UA to check if the candidate is addicted but if you will show him your Prescription for antidepressant he will give the report as Negative.
