What Could Infected Lymph Node Suggest?

hello, I am just getting worried as i have an infected/swollen lymph node under my chin, its really small but i can feel it when i touch it, otherwise i cant see it and theres no pain at all.i have no fever and nothing to show that i am ill, its just there and making me worried. its been around 5 days now.Thanks.

Hi,
Presence of swollen sub mandibular lymph nodes indicates that there might be having some infection in oral cavity like decayed teeth, carious tooth or throat infection.
If there is no symptoms of infection, wait for some time.
Do antiseptic gargle.
Ok and take care.
