What Could It Be If Had Fullness In Stomach, Constipation, Loss Of Apetite, Metallic Taste In Mouth, Sore Back And Breasts?

Hi I unsure what is going on with me I'm sleeping all afternoon my stomach feels full all the time I'm Constipated. And lost my Appetite have a metal teast in my mouth and my back and breasts are sore I have taken a pregnancy test and cam back negtive can you please help

Take omeprazol tablet after food and tab uni enzyme after food. Take fiber rich food. In crease your physical activity.morning walk should be regular. take isobgul with milk at bed time
