What Could It Be If Having A Raised Rash On Hand Spreading To Neck?

I have had this raised rash only on my right hand which started out like an insect bite after raising up forming to which I thought was a ring worm,the shape changed into a heart shape,went to a dermatologist,in which she done steroid injections now afterwards the rash is now flat but still heart shaped,was told it was a chronic skin condition,but is spreading now have a spot on my right arm and on side of right neck

Hi,

It seems to be lichen simplex chronicus which is a chronic skin condition. I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
