What Could It Be If Having Sores On Scalp That Turn Into Yellow And Are Oil Filled?

I have sores on my scalp that turn into yellow oily filled sores. Been to 3 derm MDs. Tested and not fungal, bacterial or staph. Been treated with ketazonale shampoo, olux foam,antibiotics, vinegar & apple cider rinses, and kenalog spray. Also on my face. Hair has become oily & smelly with this. Also, my hairline is mushy and white flakes. No one has been able to help. Thank- you.

Itappears to be multiple sebacios cyst althow the site is not common. scalp is more for fungal infection. scalp scrp cabe tested even discharge of cystic growth can be analised. you have already started anti fungal steroid ointment. Itwill be better if if seeing the result of test some treatment can be planed. Adermatologist can make the local examination recomand treatment.
