What Could It Be If There Is An Unexplained Spot On The Hip And Experiencing Joint Pains?

i went to the dr today. im having a lot of problem with my joints hurting and fills like they are going to pop out of socket. the dr took a xray of my hips today. right above my left hip was a spot. the dr said she had never seen anything like that before. what could it be. thanks
