Hi,
If you have never had such an incident before, are sexually active without any contraception and are regular with your cycles, please exclude pregnancy with a blood test now and see a specialist for further concerns. If pregnancy is confirmed, it means there is an implantation difficulty, perhaps hormonal. This needs to be corrected through hormone supplements and bed rest. If pregnancy is excluded, it means a hormonal imbalance, which needs further investigation and treatment. Your symptoms could be due to prolonged blood loss and/or hormonal. Hope this helps.
