Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This can be possible vaginitis with urinary infection.

Need to follow basic guidelines for better recovery which are:
- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Get a prescription of antibiotic, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, urine alkaliser from your doctor.
- Avoid vaginal sex at present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
