What Could Jaw Pain With Dizziness Suggest?

Hello, I ve been having some symptoms that I m not sure about. Ultimately, I m going to get a Primay Care Physician, but I need to know if I should go to the ER immediately to get a check up. My jaws, both sides, are aching like they ve been overworked. I get dizzy upon standing and walking briskly and my thoughts are foggy.
