What Could Leaking Mole Under The Breast Be?

I have a mole or skin trash under my breast. It doesn t hurt and had always been flesh tone. But a few days ago I notice it now looks pink still doesn t hurt, but is leaking clear fluid. Today it it s red on top and still leaks. Should I be concerned?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst with secondary infection.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Once infection is cleared then you can go for excision by a dermato-surgeon.
