What Could Low Grade Fever, Fatigue And Vomiting In A Child Suggest?

13 year old daughter wad vomiting and fever 10 days ago. She was sick for about 48 hrs then fine. Now she has a low grade fever again for 2 days and has no energy....just laying around which is not like her at all....she actually is normally very hyperactive. worried!

Welcome to HCM,

The history and symptoms suggests me that your daughter is having some remote infection. These are the the toxic symptoms of some organisms.
She should be thoroughly evaluated by physical examination, blood investigation and urine examination.

Meanwhile for her symptoms you can follow these remedies
1.Oral Antibiotics like Tab Bactoclav 375 mg, twice daily for 5 days.
2.Oral Emset for vomiting.
3.Oral Paracetamol every 8th hourly.

These remedies should bring down the symptoms, if the symptoms continue to persist, she may require hospitalization for further treatment.
