What Could Lower Back Pain Suggest?

I recently bent over to pick something up and immedietly went down with severe pain in my lower back. I had to be taken to the ER because the pain was so bad, I could not move. I had an MRI taken, but have not received the results yet. A week later the pain isn't as bad, but my lower body looks like it shifted 2 to 3 inches over. Should I be worried or any ideas?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having severe muscle strain leading to spasm of muscle due to sudden bending from back.
I think report of MRI will be clear.
Apply analgesic, muscle relaxant cream locally.
Take rest.
Ok and take care.
