What Could Lumps In Rib-cage With Bladder Fullness & Blood In Urine Suggest?

About six years ago, I first noticed a hard lump, about the size of a cut-in-half golf ball, on my right rear flank, just above the base of the ribcage. I still have the lump, and there has been no perceptable change in its size or shape. It does not hurt.
Recenty, whilst going for my daily jog, I have been experiencing symptons of a full bladder, and upon my return home, I see blood in my urine.I am, otherwise, a fit and healthy 48 year-old man. I do not smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol, and I am not using any drug or medication.
Any thoughts please?
