What Could Missed Periods With Diagnosed PCOs And HPT Being Negative Indicate?

Hi, I was diagnosed with pcos a few years ago, but not taking any sort of medication. My husband and I have been ttc for the last few months and I haven't had my cycle since 12/25. That said, I've always had an irregular cycle, but this one seems to be lengthier than usual. I've taken a couple of hpt's but they each show negative results. Are there any other reasons why my mc could be so late?

I am so sorry to hear about this missed period. It is a sign and symptom of PCOS. It really means nothing else. If you are trying to conceive, please talk to your doctor to consider treating for this condition so as to increase your chances of getting pregnant. However, if you do not wish to get pregnant now, may I kindly suggest that you talk to your doctor about the possibility of getting a regular and reliable contraceptive method?
