What Could Nausea And Low Appetite With History Of High Liver Panel Indicate?

My husband has been staying nauseated and no appetite and when we eat he is only eating have of his food. He was on Biaxin for a sinus infection when he got so sick the Doctor took him off of it. This has been a month ago. He has Diabetes and high blood pressure plus last year his liver panel was high. So I was wondering if this could be his liver making him sick?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is suspected liver pathology then it is better to get done some tests liver profile test and imaging study, although this could be due hyperacidity and this need to be treated fist and best option would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for three weeks, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
