What Could Nausea, Back Pain With Low Appetite Suggest?

For the past week or so, I have been experiencing constant nausea, lower back pain, lightheadness, an irregular appetite, and two abnormally light menstrual cycles. i have taken two pregnancy tests and both have returned negative. I do not know what it could mean.

Your pain could be due to neurasthenia.Drink 3-4litrs of water and fruits,vegetable salads.Drugs like escitralipam will be helpful under strict supervision of your doctor.get an ULTRASOUND abdomen and consult your gynecologist if you donot get your periods.
