What Could Nausea With Dizziness With Sweating During Pregnancy Suggest?

Yesterday I was shopping and all of a sudden I felt nauseous. I got dizzy, sweaty and clammy, my head felt like it was under water; I couldn t hear clearly, my vision went white, and I was shaking.It seemed llike it lasted forever. Although, I didn t fall, like passing out. When I come to, I was weak for a long time and sick at my stomach. Also, FYI, I m 3 months pregnant. Can you help?

This could be most probably because of prolonged fasting or due due to hypoglycemia. Get your blood sugar test.
2nd prabability could be vasovagal.
