What Could Negative Pregnancy But Delayed Periods, Sore Breasts, Back Ache And Frequent Urination Indicate?

Hi I missed my period in a month of may and I had it this June 4 and lasted June 6. Only 3 days I usually had it for 5 days. Now I feel something change in my body I got head ache, sore boobs, back ache, heart burns, and frequent urination. I already take pregnancy test but negative what does it mean?
