Radiologist 's  Response
Hello, thanks for writing to HCM.
Your chest xray report mentions 'no active lung infiltrates'.
It is a common blanket term to say that there are no gross abnormalities (opacities) like patches, nodules, etc in the lungs to suggest an ongoing disease process.
Rest of the report covers the other chest areas, and are all normal.
Do not worry.
Hope this answers your query.Take care.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Anil Parth Desai's  Response
Hi I did review your concern
Your Chest xray findings are absolutely normal
No active lung infiltrate is a pertinent negative finding noted by most radiologist in their reports to show that they have looked at lung fields and did not find any active consolidation or infiltrates As lungs normaly do not have any infiltrate but air inside it.
i hope this helps
Wish you all the best
