What Could On And Off High BP, Pain In Chest Radiating To Breast, Shoulders And Jaw Indicate?

Hi I'm a 27 year old female. The past couple of month I have been experiencing high blood pressure. 146/111 to 161/125 it varies between there. Lately I have been getting pain in my chest that goes from the middle of my breasts to behind my left breast and into my shoulders and jaw. After an "episode" I sleep. I should also mention my grandfather on my mother's side passed away due to an enlarged heart along with many heart attacks. My father as well suffers from high blood pressure. Should I be going to the hospital during an episode? Even if it only lasts 10mins?

hello
coronary artery disease is uncommon in young females.
-you should get your blood pressure checked regularly to know whether you have hypertension
-since you have family history of heart disease I would advice a stress test and echocardiography
thank you
