Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

This might be due to local injury to the bone that cause bleeding in the bone or in the surrounding tissue. I suggest you to go to your doctor for imaging of the bone to see any possible hematoma or swelling around the injured tissue. Meanwhile, give over the counter analgesics and physiotherapy of the affected limb.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
