I have pain on the left side below my ribcage. When I wake in the morning I have terrible nausea. My stomach is gurgling! I have awful fatigue, headaches and dizziness aswell. Generally feel miserable. Please help.

The possible issue with these symptoms is intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus. Which may be ingested via contaminated food or liquids, and manifested as systemic issues of body ache and dizziness.
