What Could Pain During Sex Or Masturbation Indicate?

i get this pain at the top of my when i have sex or masterbate its happend a few times now i am type 2 i i am 57 years old take the lowest doessage of blood presser meds it doesnt happen when i run ride a bike bowl just sex and i was taking viagra only half though

it's something problematic situation.As you are patient of hypertension already your penile venules may have become stiff. When you go for masturbate with or without viagra, these venules have increased blood flow.But due to stiffening of wall of veins it is difficult to expand them for erection which may be responsible for pain. For detail or any other possibility local and general examination needed.So please consult doctor , if you are facing difficulty continuously.
