What Could Pain In Body, Headache And Feeling Of Vomiting After Being Hit On Head During Accident Suggest?
on april 5th 2014 i had a accident my seven seater van bumped into commerical truck ,after accident i was feeling ok ,but later after one day my whole body started painning and civer headache and feels like vomting ,when accident happend my head hit to staering twice i was at speed of 80km,i also feel week ,and when ever i take food i feel like vomting,so please sugest what to do.
Hello ! I read your answer and understand your concern. In my opinion after your brain trauma a possible diagnosis could be Subdural hematoma, an intracranial hemorrhage, which can grow very slowly and give the problems you are having. The body pain is not typical for subdural hemorrhage. Another possible diagnosis would be crash syndrome, a disorder caracterised by body pain after muscular trauma. I would recommend a routine blood test and a blood Creatine Phosphokinaze analysis to rule out crash syndrome and a head CT scan to rule out subdural hematoma. Hope to have been helpful!
