What Could Pain In Sides Of Stomachs With Less Stool Movement Suggest?

i am a girl n i am 17,i have pain on the lift side of my lift part of my stomach, i feel this pain for 4 days, at first 2 days it was with hard attacks, during these day i only once could do my stool, i also have 4 times vomating. i don't know what is wrong with me, if it's possible please answer me.

Possible reason for this condition is intestine infection with alteration in gut flora mechanics.

Primary care with antacid, anti-spasmodic, and digestive enzymes will be fine.
