Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that what you are describing might be the segments of the tape worm. Which usually separated from the mother worm, and excreted in the stools periodically. Usually these don't cause the pain, but if the number of the worms are more may cause pain. Other causes, may be ulcer, gluten incontinence, urinary tract infection, stones in the ureter, etc. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms albendazole, omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
