What Could Pain In Throat And Chest While Swallowing?

Hello My daughter is complaining every time she eats something or even swallows fluids she has pain in her throat and chest in the center of her throat and center of chest she feels like something is stuck and she is only 11 years old. I asked her if it is a sore throat and she said no not like that.

Hello

Most common cause for throat pain in 11 year old would be due to tonsil enlargement and infection. Please meet your ent doctor for confirming this, please dont worry as this is very common in young children and most cases can be managed by warm salt water gargles.
