What Could Painful Foot With Warmness Suggest?

Hello, I tripped and fell this morning, and as soon as I done it, I felt a pain through my foot then the top had like a warm sensation. It is now 13 hours later, I m just getting home put my foot up I feel a little warmth and some pain on the top of my foot when I move it. Do you know what I may have done?

Hello
Going by the history of injury,most likely a minor fracture and to confirm it x-ray is required.
Meanwhile you may do ice fomentation along with limb elevation and ibuprofen will help.
