What Could Painful Intercourse With Bleeding 7 Weeks After Delivery Indicate?

After having sex - 7 weeks after delivery, I started bleeding. (I got my period at 5 weeks after delivery). The sex was painful. I did not have sex for a couple of months. My gyn on the 6 weeks check, told me that everything is ok. What s the problem now?

Hello
there is raised level of a Hormone, prolactin which can cause vaginal dryness. This could be the cause of pain during sex . Bleeding may be due to the menses. so try to involve more passionate and longer foreplay of different kinds before insertion. Let there be variety in the quality and quantity of foreplay.
