What Could Profuse Sweating At Night Suggest?

my 27 year old husband had horrible night sweats last night, where he was unable to sleep. he felt uncomfortable like when you are sick, but the only thing that bothered him was the night sweats, no fever, nausea, or anything else, what could be a cause?

Well come to HCM
This is physiological condition and just nothing to worry about this, for safe side he can be tested for some cardiac disease and anemia, and for that get done EKG and ECHO test, with Hemoglobin test, else this is normal one, take care.
