What Could Protruding Stomach With Smelly Urine Suggest?
For the last year, I noticed that my stomache was pertruding as if I were pregnant but clearly I m not. I have also noticed that my urine has an unusual odor and I am frquenting the restroom more often as I normally would. When I have to urinate, there is an urgence and if I don t go right away, there nay be an accident.
* As per my case evaluation, the condition sounds chronic urinary tract infection with possible incontinence development.
* The stomach bloating is secondary to associated gastritis or else nothing significant.
* There should be proper case work up with urine culture, basic lab tests with total WBC count, creatinine and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for final diagnosis and further care.
