Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that you have not mentioned which test you have undergone for I mean to say is it urine, stool? But I consider it to be a urine. 22 pus cells in urine is always a sign of infection, a urinary tract infection. In severe urinary tract infection above mentioned symptoms appears. I advice you to start with antibiotics I usually advice my patient a Norfloxacin in such cases. Take it 200mg two times a day for atleast a week. and repeat the urine analysis. If it is feasible to you I advice you to do urine for culture and sensitivity, it will guide you in the treatment. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
