What Could Puss/mucus Discharge From Anus Post A Bowel Movement Suggest?

Hi Doctor! Please could you help me out with this health challenge? For some years now, any time I have bowel movement, I usually have pus/mucus discharge from my anus few minutes after leaving the toilet. I wish to know what's wrong with me? Thanks.
