hi my son is 26 year old and he was working and passed gas then he notices his underwear had wetness so he went to bathroom and saw a little blood on it and he ask me to ask u about it he is worried should he go to so se an doctor ?

Hello,

Rectal bleeding can be related to internal hemorrhoids.

I suggest using anti-hemorrhoid cream for local application such as Preparation H.

I also recommend avoiding constipation by using stool softeners.
