What Could Recurring Cluster Of Bruises On Arm Mean?

Hello I have a small cluster of bruises on my arm that are really small but keep coming back. On my other arm I have small bruises about the size of a pencil tip but not in a cluster, at first I had a couple but now I have 5, what could be causing this? Shoul I see a doctor?

Hi
If these are true bruises then you need blood work to check for low platelets or coagulation factor problems from a liver condition
