What Could Recurring Pain In Inner Knees And Tightness In Ankles Indicate?
Hi Doctor, I was a regular gym goer. For past one month I m feeling little pain on the inner side of knees and tightness in ankles and sometimes I feel like I have multiple broken bones in my leg area from knee to ankle and it gets heal after 2 days itself if I work out the same condition comes back. I was a regular gym goer for past 3 weeks I m not working out in gym however doing mild cycling and some walking only. When I discussed my condition with the doctor last week. I was surprised that he didn t tell me to get the x-ray done however he told me that I have sprain in legs and prescribed me zerodol-p twice a day after meal for 5 days and I have to visit again after 5 days for review. Please suggest. Thanks.
hello Depending if response to zerodol is there, means you had some muscle strain at the gym.Refrain from gym and switch to cycling, jogging within limits and natural exercises like swimming, cycling, jogging are better than gym work outs, in my opinion where you dont overdo things thanks
