What Could Severe Back Pain With Feeling Of Something Solid In Tummy, Smelly Vagina With History Of PCOs Indicate?

I have lower to mid back pain it feels like there is something solid in my tummy I am 50 have had 12 children and I now have a massive headache which I get regularly and is usually associated with hormones I have smelly vaginal area and have had it looked at by doctors who give me antibiotic s but that doesn t help and I have poly cystic kidneys please help

Thanks for query.you mention to have smelly vagina,PCOS,pain .get a consultation with gynaecologist ,they will make necessary investigations Like ULTRASOUND ABD&PELVIS etc .smelly vagina is a sign of infection most of the time.regards
