What Could Severe, Consistent Pain In Bottom Gum Area Suggest?

Hello! Im George. Ever since Christmas Eve, 12-24-2014 night, after I ate dinner. I came back to my room and noticed that it starting hurting after about 10 minutes. I don t know what it is but it hurts like crazy. I need help. I ve tried putting cold sore cream on the lower part of my mouth. The bottom gum area. When I put the cream I realized there is no sign of cold sore and that the pain is, I think, the inferior labial frenulum. I need a immediate response cause it s hurting every single word I speak and every movement of my mouth that i make.

Hello there,
If you have no sore/open wound you could possibly have a cyst or a stone obstructing the outlets of your salivary glands. This in turn leads to pain due to building up of saliva inside the gland and the subsequent pressure. You need to get an xray of your jaw to evaluate for salivary gland obstructions.
Hope this helps,
