Hi,
From the symptoms and the clinical picture you have described, it appears like a miscarriage. However, you need to have an examination by a specialist for definite conclusion along with a sonogram-pelvic/trans-vaginal. If you have not had any missed period, pregnancy is in doubt; while a scanty period could have been an implantation bleed. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
