What Could Severe Stomach Pain And Loose Motions Indicate?

I have just had to tune to the toilet after eating my tea and I am passing water out of my bum. I have sever stomach pains and feel like I am going to throw up but have not come close yet, just keep needing the toilet a lot, the liquid is almost clear now

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving rise this problem.
Take Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine.
Take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine for pain in stomach.
Take plenty of wtaer and electrolytes.
Take light diet..
Ok and take care.
