What Could Sharp Back Pain With Bladder Fullness Suggest?

I am 26 years old, I am experiencing upper left quadrant pain that puretrudes into my back it is a constant sharp pain. I have difficulty emptying my bladder completely. Ill empty then about 5-10 min later i have to go again, The pain began about 24 hours ago and still wont go away, I have tried tylonel and the heating pad, i don't eat spicy or greasy foods, i tend to eat very small meals, or twice a day atleast. This pain is so uncomfortable!

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having urinary tract infection giving this problem.
Youmight require one course of antibiotic like Ofloxacilin for 5-7 days.
Take antispasmodic like Meftal spas or Cyclopam for pain.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
