Hello,

In the absence of other symptoms, sudden spasm pain is usually nonspecific intestine colic from an intestine twist or else. We recommend dietary measures, deep breathing exercises with antispasmodic medicine in selective cases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
