What Could Short Term Weakness And Numbness In Left Side Of Body Mean?

my brother is a healthy 47 year old. he had Left sided numbness/weakness today at work that resolved within several minutes and then returned about 30 minutes later. CAT scan and MRI appear normal. He has no seizure or migrane history. He is under a great deal of stress....any ideas?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that your brother has got left sided numbness and weakness. His CT and MRI are normal. It means he has got transient ischemic attack of cerebral vessels. Low dose aspirin will be of use for him. You said he is also under stress. For stress relief anxiolytics such as alprazolam will be of use. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. You can also write to me directly on below link:
