What Could Single Popped Up Brown Spot Be On Left Shoulder?

I have a single brown spot that i just noticed on my left shoulder on the tissue part. It looks like a normal birthmark, but it just now popped up. Its not a mole either. I am a teen boy and i went to the beach twice this week and did not put on sunscreen. What could this be?

its beckers naevus..a developmental anomaly usually androgen dependent..comes only at teen age..only erbiyum yag laser works on it..nd-yag laser is having poor results
