What Could Sinus Problem, Runny Nose And Nasal Drip With Lump On Neck Suggest?

Last Saturday after showing I found a lump on the left side of my neck the size of an olive. I am very worried. I went to the Dr. today and they are sending me for a ultra sound. I have no other symptoms, no weight loss, but a lot of sinus problems, running nose, post nasal drip. Please advie

Hello
Please dont worry, the lump is likely to be an infected lymph node ( gland ) and this may be due to your sinus infection.
You will need antibiotics for the infection, for this you should meet your doctor.
