What Could Slight Bleeding During Urination With Swelling In Penis Indicate?

when i do urine at the end of urine some droft of blood comes and my penis that time become very small and i don't feeling any fain.Please tell me the reason.? and i also do master bation one time in month. i married and i am very for from my country i go for vacation after 2 or 3 years.in this year only i do master bation 10 time .and now i feeling swalling in my pines. please give now answer thanks.

hello. bleeding in urine is not normal.you need to get it checked with a urine routine and culture test at a standard laboratory.masturbation does not cause any harm and is frequently done by males. swelling in penis needs to be examined by a urologist.you should tell him ,if you are on any medication, and if you had exposure to any other sexual partners.
