What Could Small Amount Of Blood In Saliva In The Morning, Fatigue, Dry Throat And Disturbing Stomach Be?

weight. Over last 10 days I am experiencing unusual health issue.

Every morning I wake up and spit I see a small amount of blood coming with and I feel weak. In addition my throat keeps being dry and my stomach disturbs me too. Could you help please. Thank you

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Spitting blood only in the morning and dry throat can be infection in the oral cavity and throat. This in turn can cause weakness and swallowing the infected material can cause intestinal issues like infection causing stomach disturbance.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
ENT Check up so that you can get the most appropriate diagnosis and get started on prescription based treatment of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and multivitamins as these are important for good healing.
To be on a safer side the X-ray of the chest and tests of stool, urine and blood must be done.
Also take medicated gargles.
Soft bland diet and sips water frequently as you have dry throat too.
Review regularly till you get complete diagnosis and curative treatment.
If there are any lesion in the chest, get these treated too.
