What Could Small Pimple Above The Place Of Urination With Frequent Urination Mean?

I go for urine frequently. Even during nights most often I get up and urinate. I have developed a small pimple above the place i urinate since last ten years which is filled with pus and I have to clean it regularly otherwise I get iching. Once I took antibiotic and it vanished but it came again. Please suggest what to do.
